Salsa – Sweet

Using Salsa Base Recipe add the following:


1 Fresh Pineapple (Peal and de-core and Coarsely Chop)
2 Fresh Mangos (Peal and de-core and Coarsely Chop)

Start out with approximately 4 cups of the base salsa recipe and add these final ingredients.

Salsa – Base Recipe

This is a base recipe that I use to create all my other salsa recipes from.

I use this recipe as a base to start all other salsa recipes from.


3 Green Peppers (Coarsely Chopped)
2 Red Peppers (Coarsely Chopped)
2 Yellow Peppers (Coarsely Chopped)
2 Orange Peppers (Coarsely Chopped)
1 Large Sweet Onion (Vidalia)
1 Medium Purple Onion
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Bunch Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
1 Large Can (#10) Crushed Tomatoes
Sea Salt to Taste

Start by dumping can of crushed tomatoes into a large pot. Then place pot onto medium heat as you chop other ingredients and toss into pot.
